People criticized me for being different and not like a cute dog, so no one gave me a gift on my birthday. I hope you send me birthday wishes

On your birthday, feelings of sadness and loneliness may overwhelm your mind. Maybe you feel like there’s no one to celebrate, no party or union of loved ones. Memories of the past can resurface and create nostalgia, as previous birthdays were associated with joy and the togetherness of family and friends. There may be reasons why your birthday is sad, such as the loss of a loved one, separation from important relatives, or difficulties and challenges in life. Sometimes, a sad birthday can be an opportunity to examine and accept your feelings, to go through the recovery process, and to find support. In moments like these, remember that you are not alone. Even if there isn’t a grand party or lots of congratulations, there are still people around you who can listen and share your pain. Relax and allow yourself to go through the healing process by seeking support from family, friends, or even online support group
