Chloe looked radiant in the holiday photo dump, sharing shots of her hitting the beach and going out for drinks with her pals, amid pictures of inspiring quotes such as: ‘There is no “right” time, only time and how you spend it’.
Captioning the post, she reflected on her getaway and said she felt as though she had become an ‘improved version’ of herself.
She wrote: ‘Went to Ibiza. Worked a lot. Played a little. Shed old skin and grew into a new, improved version of me’.
Chloe previously confessed she felt ‘like death’ when she was in her ‘best possible shape’ as she struggled to deal with the pressure to maintain her physique.
Back in 2021, the star opened up about maintaining her ripped figure, explaining that the time she was at her peak fitness was a ‘horrible period.’
She explained that keeping that shape is no longer worth the effort and she no longer ‘cares’ what she looks like now, so long as she’s ‘fit and healthy’.
Speaking to Closer Magazine, she admitted: ‘When I first started training, I had all the confidence in the world but, somewhere in the middle, I felt a tremendous amount of pressure to always look in shape because of what I do.
‘That was a horrible period, but I’ve matured a lot in terms of my relationship with my body. I know how to get in ‘shredded shape’, but I know how much work that takes and it’s not worth my whole life.’

Chloe added: ‘When I look in the best shape possible, someone would look at me and be like, Oh my gosh, she must be so fit and healthy.’ “That’s when I feel like death. My body fat is low, I’m tired and grumpy.’
She went on to describe the feeling as having ‘permanent PMS all the time’ adding that people didn’t ‘realise’ how she felt when complimenting her.
Her trip to the Balearic islands comes after Chloe opened up on the difficulties of navigating co-parenting with her ex-husband James Haskell.
The couple – who share two-year-old daughter Bodhi together – confirmed they had split in a joint statement released in October last year, after tying the knot in 2018.
Last month, she revealed to Closer Magazine that they do not always agree on parenting styles and get into arguments over their differing opinions.
She admitted: ‘We have always found a way to do it but it’s not always great. We have really hard times with it sometimes.
‘We also still argue- there is no denying that and it will probably be this way forever.’
Chloe went on to insist however, that no matter how hard it may get between them, they have agreed not to weaponise Bodhi or use her as a bargaining tool.

And despite their ‘tricky’ episodes, she added that there are days were they can be ‘very good friends’.
Chloe revealed in January that the former rugby player, 39, finally moving out of their home.
The daughter of Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan and former rugby player James, 39, confirmed they had split in a joint statement last year, after a decade together.
The couple who had starred in their own ITV reality show Chloe Madeley: A Family Affair, announced: ‘Chloe and I mutually decided separate at the end of September, 2023.
‘We had not planned on releasing a statement at this time – certainly not while the television show was airing – but constant speculation about our marriage has, unfortunately, forced our hand.
‘Beyond this statement, we will not be speaking about this matter publicly, and we would request privacy at this time.
‘Our sole focus now is our beautiful daughter. We shall continue to co-parent with nothing but love.’
Sharing his own statement to Instagram, James added: ‘It’s with a lot of sadness I write this post, but unfortunately, in the world we live in, it has to be done.

‘My priority is my daughter’s and Chloe’s happiness and security. For that reason, I won’t be commenting any further.’
They first fuelled split speculation earlier that autumn, after Chloe was spotted without her wedding ring while partying with friends – shortly after James was pictured chatting to a mystery blonde outside a London nightspot.
In May, Chloe opened up about how her separation from her estranged husband ‘was f***ing awful’ as she gave an insight into the break down of their relationship.
She admitted the pair broke up as they both wanted their relationship to ‘stop being awful’ and ‘miserable’.
The couple still live together in their north London home and are often spotted together with Bodhi as they try to make the break-up as amicable as they can for their little girl.
But despite their friendliness causing some fans to think they’ll get back together, Chloe insisted that they have both moved on from their marriage.
She added that she expects the former England player to find someone soon.
She said: ‘It’ll probably happen for James long before it happens to me, if it hasn’t already. I’m waiting for the conversation to happen at some point.’
