WME, Hollywood’s top star management company, has reportedly stopped working with Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.
Multiple sources told Page Six that Meghan has not had any meetings with WME CEO Ari Emanuel since January 2024. Although the 43-year-old duchess is said to still meet with other business partners regularly.
According to an insider, Meghan was cut off because she was “too demanding” and “difficult to work with.” Meghan also argued with WME when the duchess requested a meeting and asked them to submit plans to her. The Suits star’s urgent demands, coming just after the 2024 Christmas and New Year holidays, “fed up with Ari.”

However, WME has now denied that it has terminated its contract with the former actress and said it is still working with her. “WME continues to represent Meghan and Archewell,” a representative for the company said.
Despite WME’s denial, another Hollywood source told Page Six : “I don’t know what those projects are, but WME is definitely not working with Meghan personally anymore.” The Hollywood star’s management company is said to be working on a number of projects for the Archewell foundation founded and run by Harry and Meghan.
Meghan began working with WME in April 2023. She is personally cared for by Brad Slater, who represents Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and Jill Smoller, who represents tennis champion Serena Williams.
